OFCCP Deputy Director to Leave Agency

by | June 3, 2019

Deputy Director Marika Litras will be leaving the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) on June 7, 2019. Dr. Litras has been a key part of the agency since joining OFCCP in June of 2004. She most recently had served as Deputy Director, and before that as Director of Enforcement.

Bloomberg Law reports that Dr. Litras is leaving OFCCP to join the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The decision by Dr. Litras to leave the agency is the most recent in a series of departures from OFCCP during the Trump administration.
